There will be an informal fun run from ConVal High School on Thanksgiving Day Thursday, Nov 27th for folks who want to get out and trot a 5K (3.1 miles) course before the big Thanksgiving meal. The run starts at 10:00 beginning and ending at the ConVal High School parking lot.  The course is on Southfield Rd, the bike trail, and the Hunt Road loop out to Rt 202 and back to ConVal. Run, jog or walk the course on your own or with friends and family.  Start time is 10:00.

Give thanks on Thanksgiving by bringing a non-perishable item for the local food bank. Runners are advised to wear appropriate shoes, bright apparel and be aware of traffic. Be sure to sign the waiver when you arrive and note that you run at your own risk.

Icespike will be raffling several prizes, so plan to stay for the raffle along with free hot drinks and bagels.
