I regret to announce that Spring Fling 5K was cancelled due to COVID-19.

We will post when races local will be conducted again. For now, run on own, or in small groups but practice safe distance(~6 ft.) between runners. Be visible and watch out for cars! We want to run with All of You when this situation clears!
